AEC provides total solutions to assist our customers completing their missions with following contents ---Training Programs, Consulting Services, Engineering & Testing Services, Systems Supply, and After-Sale Services.

(A) Training Program

AEC believes that a clear understanding of the test procedure and equipment will aid our customers in getting the most out of their applications. AEC offers various training courses and keynote speakers on test equipment and procedures. All the courses are classified into three levels: fundamental, application, and advanced. For AEC members, we also provide unique services such as distance learning and onsite training.

Our commitment at AEC is to provide the right system to meet our customers' application requirements. We have a highly competent staff of Applications Engineers to assist in that process. Technical consulting is available to our prospective customers from the early stages of the test plan and throughout the test design. Services include writing specifications, test monitoring, and equipment selection. AEC's services meet and exceed customers expectations.

AEC also provides a third party inspection and test service for our customers, which follows IEC, ISO, MIL & most international standards. For customers whose products do not pass the tests, AEC also provides engineering services for trouble shooting and modification.

AEC provides turnkey solutions to our customers which may include a sensor, conditional amplifier, data acquisition, software ( analyzing software, simulation software, controller software ), power amplifier, etc. All equipment used is module based to meet our customer's application requirements and budget.

In addition to providing the resources to meet our customers' test and engineering requirements, AEC also provides a complete solution for the test hardware and software. AEC provides a variety of contact and non-contact transducers for measuring the stress/ strain, acceleration / velocity, displacement, deformation, sound pressure, sound intensity, force, torque, temperature, etc. We also have the outstanding photomechanic measurement systems to measure the whole structure vibration mode shape commonly used for car bodies, or the nano-scale displacement, which is very useful in MEMS research. Sometimes the field data requires continuous measurements for weeks or months at a time.
AEC monitoring systems are powerful enough to handle such applications, not only in real time data collecting or wireless approaches, but also in customized post analysis software which is also available through AEC.

AEC provides wide band simulation systems to serve our customers' requirements. Many manufacturers are required t o qualify the product design by performing Natural Environmental & Induced Environmental Testing. AEC's specialized test equipment offers the ability to conduct the following tests:
temperature-humidity, thermal shock, salt & fog, sand & dust, solar radiation, fungus, rain (natural environmental), free fall shock, pneumatic shock, drop test, and vibration tests using an electronic-magnetic shaker, a hydraulic shaker, and a noise generator (induce environmental). AEC helps our customers meet international standards, such as the MIL, and ISO IEC standards.

It is advisable to conduct a failure mode detection and optimal design exercise before mass production.
The technology of Accelerated Life Testing is a most effective tool for the electronic industry. AEC offers not only AST equipment, but also Vibration Finite Element Analysis and the Thermal Analysis System, which speeds up the design process.

In order to ensure the reliability after mass production, products need to pass the Environmental Stress Screening process. AEC provides various screening processes, from vibration, temperature, to thermal shock.

(C) Systematize Analysis & Prediction

Durability Testing and Fatigue Analysis are essential parts of automotive testing. AEC provides the simulation systems required for durability testing. Test equipment includes a hydraulic actuator, power amplifier, and a time waveform reproduction system. The major feature is that AEC offers Computer Aided Integration Durability Test and Analysis System, which includes CAD (for 3D modeling), Kinematic Simulation System(for the historical load - time and Acc-time analysis), Finite Element Analysis ( for the dynamic stress analysis ), Road Simulation Software and Fatigue life estimate, which come to make integrated tools.
