Moire Interferometry

Features of Moire Interferometry include proceeding of one-dimensional and two-dimensional Moire interference testing, measurement of displacement U field and V field, and even measurement of W field with Tmyman Green Interfermetry. As the illuminated light source and the interferometry are flexible connected by optic fiber, the instrument therefore owns greater mobility, flexibility and application ranges. In addition, the optic fiber tube of Moire Interferometry, with parallel light of high-precision , can be used independently to meet user's needs.

Shadow Moire

Shadow moire is an optical technique that projecting a collimated light source through a glass plate with lines etched on it. The shadows of these lines are projected onto the structure and generate interference fringes that register the shape contour of the tested objects.

Projection Moire

The light path of Projection Moire is similar to that of Shadow Morie. The gratings are laterally projected onto the structure, and the front CCD camera acquires the images of the structure and the reference surface. The height distribution of full field can be calculated once all the gratings distortions are evaluated from the deformation images.

Photoelastic

The photoelastic model is made by transparent material that can generate double refraction under external force. The interference fringes, which react the difference of principle stresses can be observed in the polarized light field under simulated loading conditions, are relative to the stress distribution of the photoelastic model. Technologies of photoelastic effect can help us understand the full field stress distribution, direction of principle stress, stress concentration point, stress value of each point, and boundary stresses.

ESPI

The Laser ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) System, which is also called TV Holography or Digital Holography, measures three dimensional and high sensitive displacements and strains very precisely. This non-contact measuring technology can be used for full field measurement without any mark on the measured objects. The portable and compact sensor head can be used for testing any material and is flexibly mounted on a robust test arrangement allows an efficient measurement.
